Roberts, Sheriff - Brunswick County, Major Brent Evans - Mecklenburg County, Patrol Captain Andy Cash - Halifax County, Captain Patrick Jacobs - Northampton County, Lt. Brandon Mays - Warren County, and John Branche, Sheriff - Warren County. 

Some of the topics discussed include flock safety, crime statistics, challenges experienced by the local departments, emergency management, and cross-county collaboration.
